Medium RoastGrown on the Eastern Highlands of Papua New Guinea, this coffee is bold and satisfying. A smooth and notably sweet coffee with a medium body and acidity level. Hints of berry with a slight dark chocolate finish.
Medium RoastThe Kerinci Valley is surrounded by the Seblat National Park in Sumatra. This coffee is grown sustainably with small farms to guarantee the quality of their beans. Our partners dry their coffee beans on raised beds in greenhouses before honey processing.Sumatra Kerinci coffee has tropical notes of pineapple and guava, and the spice of ginger and anise.
Medium RoastThis Tanzania Mutwari Peaberry coffee is grown on one of only 50 small farmer groups in the Mbeya region of Tanzania. This coffee has notes of lemon and has a creamy, toasty aroma with a balanced acidity.Peaberry is a type of coffee bean. Typically, the fruit of the coffee plant contains two seeds (beans) that develop with flattened facing sides. In peaberry beans, only one of the seeds is fertilized and the single seed develops with no counterpart seed to flatten it. Only around 5% of all coffee beans harvested are peaberry beans.
